Biography Adrien Pierrette Broom is an award-winning photographer based in Lyme, Connecticut, who has lived and worked in London, New York, Florence, and Boston. Through the lens, she has made a career as a music and commercial photographer, and has also achieved recognition as a fine art portraitist. A seasoned live music photographer, Adrien has photographed icons such as Sting, and was engaged by rising rock and roll band Grace Potter and the Nocturnals to join them on their "This is Somewhere" tour to capture the glamor and grit of life on the road. She was recently selected by a prominent Israeli fashion designer, Mirit Weinstock to both shoot and model for the Spring 2009 catalog, a project which seamlessly melded the worlds of fashion and contemporary art. Adrien's work has been published in The New York Sun, Blender Magazine, Nylon Magazine, Burlington Free Press, Seven Days, Hoopla Music Magazine and other notable publications. |
